Victor F. "Chuco" Sendejo, Jr.

Victor F. “Chuco” Sendejo Jr. passed into his eternal rest, surrounded by his family, on November 8, 2025 in his Floresville, Texas home at the age of 72. Victor was born to Juanita & Victor Sendejo on December 12, 1952 in Floresville, Texas, where he was born and raised. A proud lifetime resident of Floresville and faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, he was known for his strong work ethic and steady presence. He spent his career as a truck driver, a job he took great pride in and performed with dedication. One of his greatest joys came from music. A talented guitarist, Victor loved gathering with family and friends to play, sing, and fill the room with joy. Above all though, Victor was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend to all who knew him.

Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Juanita & Victor Sendejo; his daughter, Nancy Sendejo; and his siblings, Guadalupe Courvier, Eva Castillo, and David Sendejo. He is survived by his loving children, Victor Sendejo III and wife Melissa, and Mary Rose Sendejo and husband, Gene Villarreal. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Amalia Sendejo Neaves (Lorenzo), Sebastian Villarreal, Fabian Villarreal, Joseph Hinojosa Jr. (Elizabeth), and Melany Kindervater (Eric), and his great-grandchildren, Joseph Hinojosa III and Annabelle Kindervater. Victor is also survived by his siblings, Victoria Ramos (Willie), Alex Sendejo, Daniel Sendejo (Gloria), and Stella Borjon. He will also be lovingly remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, family, and many dear friends.

A visitation will be held at 9:30 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on November 21, 2025 and a rosary will be recited at 10:00 am. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am and interment will directly follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Pallbearers are: Daniel Sendejo Jr, Gabriel Rosas, Roland Castillo Jr., Margarito Calderon III, Rudy Mungia Jr, Lorenzo Herrera, Douglas Sendejo, and Reuben Sendejo. Honorary Pallbearers are: Baldemar Trinidad, Frank Flores, Pete Barrera, Frank Ortiz, Cerio Flores, and Frank Rodriguez.
