Tommy Lee Sefcik

Tommy Lee Sefcik passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023 in Poth, TX at the age of 64 years 1 month 8 days. He was born on July 3, 1959 in Jourdanton to Norman Lee & Mary Lee Rehfeld Sefcik. Tommy was a resident of Poth for 42 years and a former resident of DeeWees. He loved Classic Cars and his hobbies were drawing, doing crosswords and watching Westerns.

Tommy was preceded in death by his Father, Norman Lee Sefcik; Grandparents, Charlie & Mary Rehfeld; In-Laws, Jack & Elizabeth Castillo; & Brother-in-law, Joe Castillo. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Castillo Sefcik of Poth; Mother, Mary Lee Sefcik of Floresville; Children, Elizabeth & husband, Douglas Koopmann, Xaedan Sefcik, all of Poth; Brother, Roger & wife, Robin Sefcik of Poth; Sister, Lindy Sefcik & Joe of Gonzales; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Connie Castillo, Armando & wife, Lupita Castillo, all of Poth, Genevieve & husband, Jim Fantus of Tennessee, Arturo Castillo, Josie Castillo, Sarah & husband, David Herrera,. Rita & husband, Raul Garcia, all of Poth; numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & a host of friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 9:30 A.M. in Emmanuel Assembly of God Church in Poth. Funeral Service will follow at 10:30 A.M. in the Emmanuel Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow in Emmanuel Assembly of God Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Daniel Castillo, Joel Castillo, Jerry Alfaro, Michael Alfaro, Matthew Barrientez & Joe Salazar.
