Thomas H. Savage

Thomas H. Savage passed into his Eternal rest on September 1, 2024 in Pleasanton, Texas at the age of 83 years old.  He was born to parents, Joseph Savage & Jessica Centennial in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 12, 1940.  While he spent his early years with his siblings on the Northside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Thomas was a longtime resident of New Orleans, Louisiana.  No matter where he resided, he had a joy for life that was hard to miss.  Thomas was also a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he was honored to serve his country.

Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Geraldine Savage; his loving mother, Jessica Centennial; his father, Joseph Savage; and his siblings, William Savage, Arthur Savage, and Barbara Smurlo Savage.  He is survived by his daughter, Angela Savage and his siblings, Mark Centennial, Carmen Centennial (Yolanda), and David Centennial (Marilyn).  He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Mark Alex, Justin, Jason, Antoinette, Andrea, Barbara, John, and William.

A visitation will be held at 9:00 am on September 7, 2024 at Franklin Funeral Home.  A service will begin at 11:00 am and interment will directly follow at the Floresville City Cemetery where he will be laid to rest beside his beloved mother to share eternal life together.
