Ruben Mireles

Ruben “Goober” Mireles passed away on March 8, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 64. He was born to loving parents Dolores R. Salas and Arturo G. Mireles on December 9, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio. Ruben was a longtime Cleveland resident, but spent his later years in south Texas.

Ruben was preceded in death by his parents, Dolores R. Salas & Arturo G. Mireles, and his siblings, Irma R. Gallart, Joey Mireles, and Lesvia Mireles. He is survived by his beloved siblings, Victor R. Mireles, Inoelia Johnson, Mario Mireles, Reymundo Mireles, Armando Mireles, Orlando F. Mireles, Dolores S. Mireles, and Eduardo S. Mireles. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
