Roger A. Wuest

Roger Allen Wuest went into the loving arms of the Lord on September 28, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 80 years old.  He was born to loving parents, Emma and Ralph Wuest in San Antonio, Texas on November 2, 1942.  He was an active member of his community and a man of faith.  Roger was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and dedicated his life to civil service.  He attended St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Hermann Sons Lodge, and David Crockett Grange.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Emma & Ralph Wuest, his beloved Wife, Florence Wuest, and Daughter, Lynelle Wuest.  He is survived by his Children, Stacy Graschel & husband, Phoenix, Lori Wuest, & William Wuest.  He also leaves behind his sister, Janice Moeller and his grandchildren, Logan & Lana Graschel.  Roger truly left a mark on everyone he knew and he will be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews,  cousins, family, and friends.

A visitation will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday October 5, 2023 at Franklin Funeral Home.  A rosary will follow at 7:00 pm..  A Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am in St. Anthony Catholic Church on October 6, 2023.  Interment will directly follow at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery.
