Patricia Hinojosa

Patricia Hinojosa Herrera, age 55, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2025, in her Floresville, Texas home, surrounded by those who loved her most. She was born to loving parents, Serafina & Juan Hinojosa on August 2, 1969 in Floresville, Texas, where was born and raised.  Patricia was a woman of Faith and proud member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Guadalupanas.  She also dedicated 27 years of her professional life to TETCO-SEI Fuels, where she worked diligently as a Senior Contract Analyst. But more than any title or task, her greatest joy and purpose came from being a mother.  Whether she was baking something sweet, crafting with care, or planning her next adventure, she left behind a legacy of unconditional love, quiet strength, and selfless devotion.

Patricia is preceded in death by her mother, Serafina Hinojosa, her beloved son, Aiden G. Hinojosa, and her brother, Juan Hinojosa Jr.  She is survived by her devoted husband, Geronimo Herrera Jr; her father, Juan Hinojosa; and her children, Bethany Hinojosa, Justin Herrera, and Aliza Hinojosa.  She also leaves behind her brothers, Michael Hinojosa and Rudy Hinojosa.  Patricia’s kindness and warmth will forever be remembered by those who loved her, including numerous nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Inurnment will directly follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery and a Fellowship Reception will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Hall.  The Hinojosa Herrera family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and help in keeping Patricia’s beautiful memories alive.
