Pam Leach

Pam Leach passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 73.  Pam was born to loving parents, Dorothy & Johnny Phillips on June 5, 1951 in Waynesville, North Carolina, where she was born and raised. Pam was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister who lived her life with a servant’s heart. She poured that love and dedication into her family and her community, especially through her work with children. In the classroom, her warm and gentle spirit quietly guided a generation of students, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and grace. Though she was soft-spoken, her love for both her students and her family ran deep and constant. Her children and grandchildren were her heart, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Phillips, her mother, Dorothy “Dot” Phillips, and her brother, Jack Phillips.  She is survived by her beloved children, Emily Talley and husband, Mike Talley, Jon Leach and wife, Missee Leach, and Peter Leach.  Pam also leaves behind her grandchildren, Dillan, Mason, & Kaden Talley, Matthew & Alyssa Leach, and Jacob, Peyton & Kai Leach.  Pam will also be greatly missed by her siblings, Danny Phillips and Vicki “Judy” Howard, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

A Private memorial service will be held at a later date.  The Leach and Phillips families would like to thank the community for their kindness and help in keeping Pam’s beautiful memories alive.
