Norberto "Nove" Moreno

Norberto “Nove” Moreno passed away in San Antonio, Texas on October 28, 2024.  He was born to loving parents Olga & Juan Moreno in San Antonio, Texas on June 24, 1957 at the age of 67.  Norberto was a lifetime resident of Saspamco, Texas.

Norberto is preceded in death by his mother, Olga Moreno; his father, Juan Moreno; and his siblings, Mary Martinez (Cypriano), Bernadino Moreno, Israel Moreno, and Robert Moreno.  He is survived by his beloved children, Patsy Lucio, Christina Benavides (Rene), Jennifer Perez (Juan), Norberto Moreno Jr, and Nicholas Moreno, and step-son, Robert Hernandez (Marilyn).  He also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  He will be forever cherished by his siblings, Adelina Perez (Blas), Delfina Moreno, Leticia Zamora, Anastacia Cruz, Elda Moreno, Juan Moreno Jr (Adella), Thomas Moreno (Sandra), Feliciano Moreno (Darla), and Jesus Moreno.  Norberto left a mark on everyone who knew him, including numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A Visitation will be held at 4:00 pm on December 7, 2024 at Franklin Funeral Home and a Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm.  A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
