passed away in San Antonio, Texas on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at the age of 76 years old. He was born in Valparaíso, Zacatecas, Mexico on July 15, 1946. Manuel was a longtime resident of Floresville, Texas and could usually be found working with his hands at the Ranch.
Manuel was preceded in death by his parents, Jose & Antonia C. Carvajal. He was survived by his loving wife, Lupe

of Floresville, Texas, Laura Alfaro of San Antonio, Texas, Sandra

of San Antonio, Texas and Sonia

of Floresville, Texas. He will also be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Roland Anthony Alfaro Jr & wife Larissa Alfaro, Manuel Alonzo Alfaro, Aaron Trevino, Felipe Angel

, Natalia Jewel Sendejo, and Daniella Medina. He was also survived by his siblings, Cruz Flores and husband Jesus of Mexico, Santana
Acevedo
of Florida, and Juan
Acevedo
and wife Argelia of San Antonio, Texas. Manuel left a mark on everyone he met and will be missed and cherished by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
A visitation will be held at Franklin Funeral Home on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 4:00-6:30 pm and will be followed by a Funeral Service from 6:30-7:30 pm. Interment will be held at Floresville City Cemetery on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 11:00 am/pm. The family would like to thank everyone for the kind words and condolences to help celebrate a wonderful man.
