Juetta Vernal

Juetta Vernal passed into her Eternal rest on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at her home in Floresville, Texas at the age of 75 years old.  She was born in Afton, Oklahoma to loving parents, Joe and Lola Ford, on January 10, 1948.  Juetta was born with a servant’s heart and dedicated her life to helping others as a registered nurse in home healthcare.

She was preceded in death by her parents and numerous sisters and brothers.  Juetta was survived by her beloved husband, Domingo Vernal of Floresville and her cherished children, Ronald Delaney and wife, Deborah of Floresville, Katherine Hildebrand and husband, Gregory of Elmendorf, Charnella Rosas and husband, Carlos of Georgia, Roland Lowry Delaney and wife, Bridgette of New Braunfels, Melissa Meineke of Missouri, and Christian Vernal of San Antonio.  She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren as well as by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held at Franklin Funeral Home on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 9:00 am.  A Rosary will be recited at 11:00 am and interment will directly follow at Floresville City Cemetery.
