Johnny “Juan” Camarillo passed into his eternal rest on January 30, 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 75. He was born to Cleofas & Estanislado Camarillo in Floresville, Texas on August 29, 1950. Johnny was a loving husband, devoted father and stepfather, cherished grandfather, caring brother, and faithful friend. His children and step-children loved him deeply and cared for him with great devotion. Johnny was a hardworking man who took pride in showing up for his family day in and day out. In his later years, Johnny found peace in his faith and gave his life to Jesus. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his faith, and the love he poured into his family.

Johnny is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Aurelia “Lale” Montoya Camarillo; his parents, Cleofas & Estanislado Camarillo; his daughters, Tracy Camarillo & Janie Rebecca; and his siblings, Angelica Lopez, Mateo Camarillo, Pablo Camarillo, Janie Guzman, Fred Camarillo, Sr., Carolina Lucero, Gloria Hernandez, Manuel Camarillo, Jimmie Camarillo, Jerry Camarillo, Jesse Camarillo, and Mary Lou Camarillo. He is survived by his loving step-children, Benny Cantu (Lisa), Cindy Segovia (David), Larry Cantu, and Robert Cantu. He also leaves behind his siblings, Margie De la O (Gilbert), Joe Camarillo (Ruby), David Camarillo, and Mary Barrera. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

Johnny’s legacy lives on through the many lives he touched and the family who will continue to honor him through love, faith, and remembrance. He was welcomed home into the arms of the Lord and will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
