Jake Flores Jr.

Jake Flores Jr, passed away on April 22, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 64 years old.  He was born to Isabelle Hernandez and Jake Flores Sr. on January 4, 1960 in Floresville, Texas.  He was a proud lifelong resident of Nixon, Texas.  Jake had a personality as big as his heart and left a beautiful mark on this world.  He was the definition of a craftsman and worked hard to leave this world better than how he found it.  Jake was known as a selfless man who the entire community could depend on and took immense pride and joy in serving others.

Jake was preceded in death by his parents, Isabelle Hernandez and Jake Flores Sr., and his siblings, Danny Flores, Adolf Flores, and Mary Jane Flores.  He is survived and shall forever be cherished by his siblings, Ricky Flores, Speedy Flores, Joe Raymond Flores, and Fabian Flores.  He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews and will be loved and missed by countless family and friends.

A visitation will be held at 9:30 am at Franklin Funeral Home on Friday, May 3, 2024 and a funeral service will begin at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at the Pandora Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be: Speedy Flores, Elijah Flores, Matthew Flores, Jesse Flores, Isiah Hernandez, and Eric Flores.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Ricky Flores and Ray Flores.
