Dora Carrizales

Dora Sanchez Carrizales, age 87 of Pearsall, Texas passed away Friday, September 9, 2022, in Pearsall.  She was born October 19, 1934, in Frio County, Texas to Clemente Sanchez and Melquaides Garica.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Castulo Carrizales; son, Johnny Carrizales; brothers, Willie Sanchez, Saragosa Sanchez, Clemente Sanchez Jr., Luis Sanchez, two infant brothers; sister, Erminia Gutierrez and, her grandson, Willie Perez.Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Rosie and Carlos Martinez, Guadalupe and Ernesto Del Toro, Rolando Carrizales, Anita and Anthony Morales, Romelia and Joe Escobedo, sisters, Alicia and Juan Guevara, Soila and Joe Trevino, brother, Manuel Sanchez, daughter-in-law, Gracie Carrizales, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 6:30 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 16, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with interment to follow at the Pearsall Veterans Cemetery.
