David Paul Lancaster

David Paul Lancaster passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, in Floresville, Texas at the age of 66 years 1 month 29 days. He was born on June 19, 1956, in Peoria, Illinois to James & Joyce Summers Lancaster. David was a 1974 Graduate of East Peoria High School in Illinois. He raised his two Daughters with his Ex-Wife, Sheila Harris Lancaster in Slidell, Louisiana. He was a resident of Floresville, Texas for two weeks and a former long-time resident of Jarreau, Louisiana. He was a proud member of the Patriot Guard Riders, Limestone Fire & Rescue and a former employee of Caterpillar. David was preceded in death by his Father, James Lancaster; Brothers, Richard Lancaster & Thomas Lancaster. He is survived by his Mother, Joyce Summers of Illinois; Daughters, Bree & husband, William Loggins of Floresville, Texas, Jamie & husband, Michael Fortune of Clarksville, Tennessee; Brothers, Jimmy & wife, Jean Lancaster, Kenneth Lancaster, all of Illinois; Grandchildren, Kaylee, Shelby, Grace, Garrett & Gavin; faithful friend and companion, his dog Princess Sora; numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a host of friends. At his request, no Memorial Services will be held. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to The Patriot Guard Riders.
