Clarence Eugene Grun

Clarence Eugene Grun passed away into the loving arms of the Lord on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 76 years old.  Clarence was born to Herman & Doris Grun on August 5, 1946 in San Antonio, TX. Clarence was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.  He was also a man of faith and a proud member of Harvest Christian Church of Floresville, Texas.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Sylvia A. Grun and his daughter, Anna M. Jostes and husband Jerome of Indiana.  He will also be missed by his sister, Maxine Sczpanik and husband Gervase of Floresville, Texas, his uncle Johnny Grun of La Vernia, Texas, as well as by his brother-in-laws, Jesse, John, Oscar, & Joe Garza of Cuero, Texas.   Clarence left a mark on everyone he met and will fondly remembered by his dear friend Raymond Sczepanik and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, October 31, 2022 in the Franklin Funeral Home Chapel at 9:00 am.  A Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 am.  Interment will be held at Fort Sam Houston at 1:30 pm.
