Benjamin “Pete” Williams went into the loving arms of the Lord on February 17, 2026 surrounded by his loving family in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 68. He was born on June 11, 1957 in San Antonio to his parents, Lois Felux and Tommy Williams. Pete was a proud lifetime resident of Floresville, Texas, where he built his life and raised his family alongside his devoted wife, Regina Williams.
Pete was a man of large stature, with a heart to match. He was known for his kindness and his steady and dependable presence, always showing up for the people who mattered most. A devoted husband, father, brother, and grandfather, his family was his greatest pride and he worked hard to provide a good life for them. Pete also cherished the past, especially his antique cars and antique gas pumps, finding joy in preserving pieces of history he held dear.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy Williams and Lois & Leonard Felux, and his siblings, Paul Felux, Tommy Williams, and Larry Williams. He is survived by his beloved wife, Regina “Reggie” Williams, and his children, Christy Castellano (Joey), Samantha Stavinoha (Russell), Zachary Williams (Lacey), and Blake Williams He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Ariel, Logan, Mikayla, Travis, Keith, and Penelope. Pete will be greatly missed by his siblings, Danny Williams (Sherry), Jeanette “Susie” Robinette (Robbie), Jerry Williams (Vicki), Karen Williams, and Catherine Williams. Those who knew Pete will remember him fondly, including his sister-in-law, Tracy Felux, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a rosary will be recited at 10:30 am. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am and interment will directly follow at the Fairview Cemetery.
