Antonia Perez

Antonia Perez went into the loving arms of the Lord on February 26, 2025 in Floresville, Texas at the age of 91 years old.  She was born to loving parents, Nicolasa Silva Saldaña & Pilar Saldaña on March 18, 1933 in Saspamco, Texas.  Antonia was a lifetime resident of Floresville, Texas where she was an active member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Spanish Choir.  Antonia was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend.  Her boundless warmth and kindness brought a beauty to this world that will live on in her family’s memories of her.

Antonia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Antonio Perez; her parents, Nicolasa Silva Saldaña & Pilar Saldaña; and her siblings, Reymundo Saldaña, Raul Saldaña, Dora S. Rodriguez, Amelia S. Martinez, and Josefina S. Herrera.  She is survived by her siblings, Francisca S. Barrientez and Jose Saldaña Sr. and wife, Micaela.   She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Ester Saldaña.  Antonia will be especially missed by her caretaker and close friend, Yasmin Vieyra and husband, Javier.  She was a beloved member of the Saldaña and Perez family and will be forever cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A visitation will be held at 9:30 am on March 11, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am and interment will directly follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
